Renewed Roof With New Colorbond Fascia, Guttering, Downpipe, Barge Soaker For Gable Roof and Tile Replacement

In this project, our skilled team addressed the client’s concerns about rusty gutters, ensuring compliance with Australian Standard requirements. We efficiently replaced and upgraded the existing guttering, downpipes, fascia and re-pointing to enhance both the roof’s functionality and appearance.

The process involved meticulous removal of old guttering, replacing it with durable Colorbond gutters for improved longevity. Upgrading to larger downpipes significantly enhanced water flow management during heavy rainfall.

To minimise maintenance and elevate the roof’s aesthetics, we installed metal fascia and a barge soaker to conceal tiles. This addition adds visual appeal while reducing the need for frequent upkeep.
