Box Gutter Replacement

The existing box gutter was incorrectly installed and poorly designed, resulting in water overflowing and the gutter not meeting the applicable regulatory requirements. We removed and replaced the existing box gutter with a compliant solution designed to improve water drainage and reduce the risk of future overflow and water ingress.

Chimney Leak Repairs

The chimney had a history of recurring leaks and had previously been repaired multiple times by different tradespeople. Our inspection identified a roof leak behind the chimney.

To provide a more reliable long-term solution, we developed a new back tray flashings to cover the affected roof area behind the chimney.

This approach minimises the use of additional roof fixings wherever practicable, reducing potential water entry points and providing a more effective, weather-resistant flashing solution to help prevent future leaks around the chimney.
