The box gutter was having problems with water flow, failing to drain into the outlet and resulting in overflow at multiple points. Additionally, rust was a contributing factor. The client requested an upgrade to a new box gutter and apron flashing to enhance the longevity of the roof.

Our team commenced by determining the necessary slope and positioning of the outlet. Subsequently, we removed the gutter board and modified the timber framework to accommodate the new box gutter while increasing its slope. Furthermore, we installed two additional sumps to improve water flow.
