Clip lock Metal roof, Bentleigh

The roof was replaced because it had been improperly installed, with incorrect flashing and by an unqualified individual. This led to leaks caused by condensation, as no blanket or insulation was used, and the roof did not meet the minimum pitch requirement. We communicated this to the client and outlined the best solution. We replaced the roof with a clip lock system to satisfy the minimum pitch requirement and finished the job with flashing on all sides.
