In this extensive project, we installed a new Colorbond roof, addressing existing leaks, and reinforced it with additional battens to ensure a solid structure. The box gutter height was raised and timber work improved water flow management, preventing future water accumulation. By resolving all existing problems, we provided a compliant and robust roofing solution.
